Planning and resource management
We will navigate the planning process for you and advise you on the best approach. We can handle the whole resource consent process, including, attending hearings if required and liaising with affected parties, other consultants and the Council. We represent your interests throughout this process with a view to getting the best outcome – for you.
Project management
Major projects require co-ordination to ensure they run smoothly. We can provide professional project management services throughout the project. We will liaise with all parties involved on your behalf – including contractors, Council, service providers and other consultants – toward resolving any issues and ensuring the project is completed in an efficient and timely manner.
Civil engineering design and construction
Our civil engineering design expertise enables us to take care of the design, calculations and Council approvals process for earthworks, roads, water, stormwater and foul sewer systems. We can also oversee the construction of these services.
Other services
We will liaise with power and telecommunications providers’ to ensure their requirements are satisfied in order to service the development.
Cadastral survey
When works are complete, our surveyors will step in and carry out the cadastral survey to establish the boundaries for your subdivision.
Council approvals
We’ll liaise with your local Council to obtain their approvals, enabling the development to be completed. Under sections 223 and 224c of the Resource Management Act 1991, two Council approvals are required to confirm that your subdivision complies with the conditions of the resource consent granted.
Issue of new titles
We’ll liaise with your solicitor who will lodge the necessary legal documentation to have titles issued.
