Northern Land undertook the initial topographic survey and lot boundary definition during the initial design phases of this project. During construction of the apartments, we established site control and set out data for the contractor whilst monitoring the adjacent houses for any movement or impact. Northern Land also certified the apartment building and undertook the Unit Title Survey and Titling of this 17 Unit apartment building.
