Our team produced the topographic survey of the underlying property enabling the design team to create a 37-unit Title development on this property. During the construction phase we set out and certified the building on all levels, then worked through the subdivision consent application and Unit Titling of all apartments. During the handover period our team project managed the obtaining of building Code of Compliance Certification and the defect period allowing the Client the ability to settle the apartments at the end of the build phase.
